Impact Day(s)

Every staff member at VivCourt is allocated 2 Impact Days each year. This is a paid day where our employees can spend their time contributing to a social cause close to their hearts.

For example, Daniel, a trader in VivCourt’s Sydney office, recently worked for 10 days at Manyara Primary School in Central Tanzania. The school, which has 551 students, has been in extremely poor condition since 2019.

Working with a team from So They Can, their local NGO partner in Tanzania, and students from the University of Wollongong, Daniel and others were able to update the roof of the girls’ dormitory, install 3 water tanks and connect them to the school’s rainwater harvesting system. The UOW students also helped to install fencing around the dormitory to keep the students safe at night, and provided 50 mattresses to ensure the students have a good night’s sleep.

Social Events

Here at VivCourt, we love having fun and we understand and appreciate the importance of genuine camaraderie between our people.

That’s why we host regular staff events, including Friday afternoon BBQs, poker nights, board game nights, and an annual company trip for all our employees. We also offer opportunities for other social events, such as cruises, restaurant dinners and tickets to theatre and sporting events.

Through these events, we enable our employees to reconnect with each other away from their desks, and we encourage everyone to participate so we can all grow closer as a team.

We’re also driven by the common goal of helping our community. The social impact work we do brings us closer together and unites us as a company, as our values, vision, and purpose are all aligned.
