Our Offices

Our Head Office in Sydney’s Paddington offers 1,500 square metres of thoughtfully designed space. You’ll find large open areas, a balcony, a gym, multiple breakout spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. We’ve purposefully created an open environment to encourage natural collaboration between all team members.

Beyond Sydney, we maintain a growing presence in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Amsterdam. Each office reflects our commitment to breaking down barriers between teams and management with colourful spaces that challenge traditional office design.

You’ll experience a relaxed dress code and enjoy various in-house perks—all designed to help you bring your best self to work.

Approach to Work

We embrace modern ways of working while recognising that trading requires an on-site presence. For those in non-trading roles, we offer flexible arrangements that combine the benefits of remote and office work.

Our experience shows that a 3-2 split between office and home creates the ideal balance. This approach lets you manage your work around your life while maintaining the human connections that make VivCourt special.

You’ll have the freedom to complete your non-trading work when and where you’re most productive, supported by an environment that empowers you to succeed on your own terms.
